New to the forum

    A couple guys on another site told me about this place.

    I'm in Missouri and currently I have an older new braunfels offset, a UDM, a trager pellet smoker (cheating), couple webers and a new 200gallon reverse flow custom smoker with better than 2400sq in of cooking space.

    I like to hunt and fish so I have been doing summer sausage the last two days, 150# worth.

    The search bar at the top of the page is a great resource.  Have a question or a problem requiring an immediate answer?  Simply search it.

  4. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

    Hiya Ratster[​IMG]   and glad you joined the friendliest smoking meat forum of 'em all.

    Even if you burn some sausage, the guys on here will point it out as learning experience and not make you feel like a fourth class citizen[​IMG]   Matter of fact, we like to have mistakes posted right along with the successes as we can all learn from each other and hopefully avoid whatever it was that led to the less than desirable results.

    Don't forget to take lots of pics 'cause we really like Q view[​IMG]
