My name is Ted, and I'm going to help a friend with product develpment for her jerky,  Just trying to learn as much as I can about how to sell jerky. Like a lot of folks, she's making it at home for a few friends and family that like the product.  We're trying to learn what it would take to sell across state lines, on the Internet etc.  She's located in CA, so who knows what their regulations are like.  Any help or direction anyone can provide would be appreciated.   Thanks.
