My name is Andrew and I live in wilmington ,NC started smoking about a year ago and love it, I've tried everything from pork to steak to chicken and my personal favorite fish, I catch all the fish I smoke, and really like have a forum to go to for questions and how tos, thanks

What's up neighbor. I'm across the river from downtown Wilmington in Belville about 3 miles from the battleship North Carolina.
 
Oh cool I was over at Sutton lake today, won't smoke the fish out of there tho, probably end up with a third arm or something, I do have a quick question for u tho, where's a good place to get brisket around here

Had some success smoking bluefish this past fall. The oils that give it a strong fish flavor also hold the smoke flavor well. Prep of the fillets and removal of the bloodline is critical with this critter.
 
Sam's club and Costco would be my first choices, Wal-mart third. I've seen nice looking briskets in all 3 locations.
 
I usually get most of my briskets, pork butts and ribs at Sam's
