Hi just want to introduce myself. New to smoking. Just got a masterbuilt electric smoker. Seasoned the smoker and attempted ribs using recipe and cooking instructions from masterbuilt site. Turned out tuff and nasty. Looking to learn so any help would be great. Gonna try a pork butt next or maybe something smaller and quicker to try and get the hang of things. Thanks for the help!!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
