New to the Forum....

Hello all, I have been coming to this forum to read the articals each time I have questions. Most of the time i have been able to just read a few blogs I have my answers. So thanks for all the great info. And once again I have come back to the forum looking for some advice and decided to join this time. Once again all I had to do was just read a few pages and all my questions have been answered. So I thought as I fill this out maybe I can add some pics of my home built smoker so you guys can see what you have helped me creat. Thanks for everything.

Thank you very much Gary S. I acually started on a small R2D2 brinkman moker. I did a bunch of mods to it after a couple of smokes. I am amazed what it is capable of producing. After that I was hooked. Now I want to smoke everything. LOL

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
