Lookin forward to wearin it out as well. Still have my Little Chief from 20 years ago. My family asks if there is anything I won't try in my smokers and the answer is "No".  Still contemplating Jello some how. Anyway, Nice to meet you all once again.

GooseBerryBart,
Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with there opinion on the subject.
Don't know if anyone here has tried Jello yet, but it wouldn't suprise me. I think I'll use that search bar and find out!!LOL
Always remember the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!!
Keep Smokin!!!

Thanks for the welcome Ohio and Texas. Just came back in the house from splitting peach wood for smokin. What a wonderful day here in Southern Colorado. Have to make use of the good days of splitting wood for the bad days when the smoker makes everything a little bit better.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.

Hey Mule69. Thanks for the welcome. Beautiful car on your profile. Doubt if your pulling any smokers with that beauty. Starting to get interested in central European sausage. My family is from the Ukraine or Russia depending on political situation and boundaries at the time. But unfortunetly no culture passed on. Still using my old Bradley for cold smoking because controls for heat went kapuut. My smokin-it smoker is due for some sausage making real soon. Anyway thanks for all the help.
