Hi everyone. I'm a beginner smoker just joining the forums for the first time today. I live in the Washington D.C. metro area with my wife and two young daughters. I got into smoking a little over a month ago with a homemade trash can smoker. So far, I have tried my hand at brisket, spare ribs, and baby back ribs. Everything has turned out decent so far, but I'm interested in elevating my game and would love to learn all I can from more experienced folks here. Besides smoking/BBQ, other foods that I enjoy "tinkering" with are scratch-made pizza and chili. Looking forward to learning from everyone. Thanks.
