New to the forum

Hey my name is Chris and I'm from Bay City Michigan. About an hour north of Detroit. I have 2-220 gallon drum smokers on a trailer and a smaller propane wood combo smoker as well that I have just received. I have been smoking for about 8 years or so. But tomorrow is the first time we're tackling a brisket. I will upload some photos. So any tips will be helpful. Thanks
