I'm Smokin Roger from outside of Cleveland, Ohio

I'm kinda new to smokin. I have a large Big Green Egg, and I love it.

I got in in March of this year, and have alreday gone through 120 lbs. of hard wood charcoal.

I tried just about everything on it including a bar b q smoked meat loaf done directly on the grate.

Looking forward to some great ideas from all you pros.
