this is my first ever post. i'm from minnesota i have been hot smoking for about 3 years with a bullet typesmoker. just finished building a cold smoker. and am working on a big daddy barrel smoker both i intendon using wood for both heat and smoke. as ofthis post i have a slab of bacon in cure ,a pork loinand a ham in cold water soaking . the fire is going and this will be my first smoke
