Originally from California Im now stationed in Alabama. Im on my first big boy smoker shall we say since all I used before was a beefed up little chief smoker. It was a good smoker and got the job done on ribs, brisket, and lamb. Im now using a Master forge electric bullet smoker and im hoping to start smoking real soon. Been looking over the site the last couple of days and liked what i saw with everyone freely sharing thier ideas and experiences. Seems like a good community.

Iv been smoking off an on for a few years. My wife is going to be my guinnea pig in this endeavor bt at least she is a willing participant. I have a rub and a bbq sauce I developed but im looking to expand from just those two with a mustard, vinegar, and hot bbq sauce. Seen a lot of things on here Im wanting to try for sure.
