Looks like a great place to get good information from folks that have been doing this a long while. I have been smoking for several years and love to do ribs, ham, and butt on my verticle Brinkman. Branching out to some other things like rib eyes - yummy - and vegs. Just bought a Hasty Bake Legacy - mostly for grilling, but interested to see how it does smoking. Temp control should be easier with the moving fire box. Anyway, looking forward to swaping experiences with you folks. Thanks in advance for the help.
