Good evening everyone, my name's Eric, just bought a Char Broil side fire box smoker. We have a neighbor two doors down who moved in about a year ago, he has relatives over on a regular basis and has his smoker going often. I've always been a propane guy mainly because of impatience but since the neighbor moved in I've found myself out in the backyard whenever he has something on the smoker enjoying every whiff of apple wood smoke that blows through our backyard.

I bought a used Char Broil side fire box smoker from a guy in town, it needed a little more work than I thought, going to make some new grates for it, fixing the stuck dampers, going to re season it and hope to start off smoking simple small things at first.
