Hello All

My name is George, I live in Torrance, CA. and I love Smoked Meats and BBQ

I started about a year and a half ago with a Brinkman vertical charcoal smoker I upgraded the charcoal tray for more heat and put Nomex seals on the doors.

About 6 months ago I purchased a Brinkman Gourmet Electric Smoker and it’s been working out very well but I want a bigger smoker.

So this weekend I’m heading to Sam’s Club to get the Masterbuilt 40” Electric Smoker, I still consider myself a beginner and look forward learning from all of you.

George
