New to the Forum...kinda

Hey all. My name is Corbin, I am 30 and live in Houston TX.

I have been a long time lurker on the forums, but I decided it was a good time to make an account and say hello.

My current smoker is a 30" MC clone from Lowes. Specifically a 30" Master Forge digital electric. It is my first smoker, and have cooked in it only about 4 times now (twice 2 pork shoulders at once, a brisket, and some salmon).

I look forward to learning how to use it better and become a better cook!
