Hey guys, glad to be here, been lurking around for a couple of weeks and really enjoy this site, tons of information and really lets me know just how little I know about smoking meat. Have had a grill or smoker all my life on my second Brinkman Smoke and Grill now but have got some plans bumping around in my head on a smoker that I am going to build. Nothing fancy or commercial just a small one I can use in the backyard or pull out to the camp for the weekend. I will post pics when my build officially starts, just scraping up pieces and parts now but hope to get started in a couple of weeks.
