New to the forum from Maryland

Hello fellow smoked meat enthusiasts.  My name is Alden, I live in Maryland and I love smoked meat.

I currently have  a couple of grills and a smoker.  Classic charcoal Weber, a Weber gasser, and a Meadow Creek BX50 smoker.  I like to smoke ribs (baby back and St. Louis), Boston Butts, Chicken, Salmon, Bacon, and super hot peppers.

This weekend the smoker will be making bacon.  I will be smoking some maple brown sugar bacon and some Canadian bacon eh.

Welcome from another MD'er!  Looks like a great weekend - nice weather & lots of bacon!  Looking forward to seeing some pictures of your upcoming work. I had to google the BX50 .... NICE looking rig, that's a cool setup.  Always read favorable things about Meadow Creek.  I never saw that style before, but I was focusing on their offset styles.   

Where bouts are you in MD?  I'm in Southern MD.
