Hey guys. Just wanted to shoot out a quick intro. I've been smoking good que now for many years. I've been through smokers like you you wouldn't believe. I've tried everything but an offset(if I don't count my old cheapo chargriller which couldn't hold temps to save it's life).

I currently have a Primo Oval XL, a WSM 22.5 with mods, and a Mak 2 star pellet grill with super smoker box attachment. I am thinking about adding a MES40 gen 2.5 to the arsenal today for strictly doing snack sticks, jerky, cheese, and maybe some sausage.

I like tasting the effects of what I make. It is very satisfying when you know you've created a masterpiece. I brew my own beer as well which is a VERY rewarding hobby..lol

Anyways, that's about it folks.

Have a good one.
