I'm a fireman on the MS GULF COAST but I live an hour north in the country. Just bought a new old country wrangler from academy about a month ago. Already have done 5 smokes on it and I love it. Only way to smoke is with a stick burner and plenty of cold beer. I have learned a lot already from this site and look forward to learning more.
