Hello all, my name is Isaac.

I am new to the forum, and new to smoking meats. I just purchased my first smoker (http://www.lowes.com/webapp/wcs/sto...=10151&catalogId=10051&productId=3511469&cId=) and i am looking forward to using it this weekend.

a little about me, I live north of seattle, in washington state. I am a avid fisherman, and hunter. I am on the river, or in the woods every chance i get.

I work apartment maintenance for a apartment community. It is stable work and I enjoy the "handy man" job.

I look forward to getting to know everyone a little better.

thanks.
