Hello All. Glad I found your site..well, um..guess it`s our site now Brandy spanking new to smoking my own meats and am looking forward to finding out how to do it the right way. Been grilling for decades, often using wood chips for some added flavor, but always looked what those guys(and gals) on the TV were pulling out of their smokers and drooling. So here I am. Looking forward to asking some really dumb questions and learning as much as I can.
