Hello all. My name is Shea. I reside in South Florida. I'm about to enroll into PBCC (Palm Beach Community College) for Welding Technology leading to my A.A.S degree in Industrial Management Technology.

Went straight from High School to working in a High Performance Race shop in South Florida where I learned a lot about running a buisness, meeting demands, and fabrication. In High School I was hardcore into cooking and culinary. I was awarded the "Country Cooking" award my graduating year (2008). Growing up down here in the south I'm no stranger to this scene. Family cookouts with hog, deer, fish fry's, fish smokes, are almost a daily occurrence.

Me and this trade/scene seems to be a match made in heaven. I love to eat, love to cook, and love to fabricate. It meets all my needs and likes. I'm am about to go through with my first custom made side smoker. This site is a great tool thus far. Very knowledgeable people and great support I've seen thus far.

Anyways, that's my story. Thanks for looking.
