What's up BBQ fanatics! I was recently introduced to the art of BBQ by my cousin Scan and his friends. They are BBQ fanatics with a set of skills when it comes to smoking. They compete in many completions over the season in New England. I smoke on a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5. Just here to learn a bit. Thanks for reading! What's up? Here in the Canadian Rockies, it is hot, it is dry and there is good food in the smoker!

Welcome to our hobby but I should warn  you it is addictive and I have not been able to find a cure. Of course, I haven't looked very hard.

I look forward to your posts and remember, we love pictures!
