Hello all my name is David and im from Belmont, Mississippi and im new to the art of smoking meat. Im in the process of getting an offset wood smoker so that's what I will be using. I have learned a lot already on this site and have shared it with friends. Anyone who could give me any help or pointers would be great. This is something I have been wanting to do for a while and am finally making the next step. Thank you for this site and I look forward to meeting some new people who enjoys this art as well.
