New to the group, 30 some years in Texas, originally from Indiana. Love the state cause they now how meat should be prepared.

I use a Napolean Gas grill, Big Green Egg, Masterbuilt 30 gen 1, and 2 Weber charcoal grills. Like to smoke brisket, pork shoulder, and bake bread and eat a lot of grilled pizza. Live in Coppell.

 Welcome Ragilmore!

Yup.  Texas knows meat and how it should be cooked. Looks like you have a great collection of equipment.  Now I think the Napoleon is constructed a lot like the Smokey Mountain.  Vertical.  How do you like it?

Which one of those smokers do you use the most?  The BGE?

If you get a chance , come to the Flower Mound senior center . My name is Chuck . Just ask anyone , Mon. --- Friday , after 9 : 00 .

BDSKelly,

Thanks for the welcome. For real long overnight smoking I prefer the BGE. For shorter smoke's I use the MES. Just did some ribs, baked beans and couple of baked potatoes on the MES.

If I am baking bread and etc. I use the Napolean gas grill or the BGE.  I use the small Weber with the Kette Pizza attachment and burn wood and charcoal to bake pizza's several nights  each week.
