Hey everyone I'm from mass and new to smoking and looking for tips and/or advice on building my own smoker. I'm a cook and pastry cook but eager to expand my knowledge

You have come to the right place! I'm a newbee to this forum myself. I'm a lifelong smoker and have built several smokers. I downsized on my last one and made it portable with wheels.

Welcome to the forum!

Plenty of experienced builders on here to help you with your build!

Welcome aboard,
I'm a baker myself but have enjoyed outdoor cooking for years.
This site is full of awesomeness. The folks here are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and forthcoming.
I learn something new all the time.
Happy smoking.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a wet and chilly day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of                great people with tons of information on just about everything.

Thanks everyone. Settling in while this nor'easter moves in. Just wondering what type of smokers everyone else has.
