My name is Chris, relatively new to smoking (I've poked around on this site before for tips and tricks). I live up in New York and got a Masterbuilt 30'' electric smoker. So far, I've done baby back ribs, pork, ham, and turkey. I'm trying out different meats just to see what I enjoy and don't. I'm looking forward to doing smoking a lot more (when there isn't a foot of snow on the ground) and am glad to have resources like this available.
