New to smoking

hello all, I am from a small town in PA. called Hampton, I have a very nice 4 burner gas grill that I have learned to use fairly well. I just purchased a Amaz'n 12" pellet smoker tube along with 5 lbs.of Appplewood Pellets. For my first attempt at smoking I am going to give a 3.2 pound pork loin center cut boneless roast a try. Hopefully I will be able to find enough information to make something besides fancy catfood.
