Hey everyone! New to smoking, up here in the northeast! I have always had a passion for cooking just about anything, but have always preferred to be outside cooking! The first thing I shovel is a path to my grill! I have cooked about anything imaginable including long slow cooking on lol and charcoal grills. New to the smoker world though! I just received a 40" master built star wide two door lp smoker. I have given chicken and ribs a run with success! Found my Thermpro to be a huge help, and a cast iron pan, as well as lavalock gaskets! I'm here to learn as much as I can from you experienced folk willing to share!
