New to smoking

Hello everyone I'm from Texas and I was doing a bit of investigating on smoking meats and building a smokehouse and just happened to run into this forum. It has a ton of info and look forward to building my own smokehouse to begin smoking meats. Look forward to putting my two cents in when I can. I drive a rig so time is limited by the way.
