New to smoking

  1. Hello all! Felix here from San Diego Ca. I have the char broil up right smoker. Wood/water tray at the bottom with a separate food door. A lot of tips I've been reading here are very helpful. I am in the process now of smoking a turkey, fingers crossed and with your tips in sure it will be tasty!
