New to smoking

  1. New here from Sheboygan, WI. Using a weber kettle. So far smoked a beer can chicken, brats and a pork tenderloin. Looking forward to trying my hand at some ribs soon!

    Welcome to the site.  Best luck with your rib smoke.  The Weber kettle will work quite well for many things.  I've got a lot of miles on both of mine.

    Yes the Weber Kettle is a great general purpose smoker and you will be able to smoke most things on it. Any questions you have just ask. None are too trivial or obvious - we all had to learn somewhere. We do like photos though so keep your camera handy next time you light that Weber up [​IMG]

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
