New to smoking

I am a new to smoking, Like to learn how to smoke ribs, jerky, fish, and chicken for starters. I have been scanning the forum and I like it.

I am working in the ND oil, but I want to move back to ID.

I am waiting on the FedEx to come Monday with my smoke vault and ordered the amnps for the mail box mod, I will have to do some mods to it very windy here a lot too
