New to smoking...

    Hello all....
    I'm new to smoking as a matter of fact I just bought a masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and I can't wait to smoke some leg quaters.Can u experienced smokers please give me some what temp,how long to cook,and how much smoke should I see ........any advice would be great!!.......thanks all in advance!!

    Hey Snapper74, welcome to the SMF family!  Stop in the Roll Call section introduce yourself because some folks may not find you here.

    There are tons of folks here with your MES and they are full of ideas for great accessories and fantastic results.  Check into just about any thread on a meat you want to smoke and someone will have posted what they did with their MES to make mouths water uncontrollably. 

    Let the smoking fun begin!
