Well smoking 9 lb ham in a master built pro smoker...and it smells so good...
Sound great. I knew we had a busy day today so I smoked some racks of St Louis cut ribs yeasterday. All I need to do when the company arrives for dinner is to warm them over some coals and glaze them.
