Hi my name is Ken. I have a MasterForge smoker from Lowes. I've used it about 6 times with varied success, especially with whole brined chicken. I guess I'm not crazy about the brine. I did smoke some ribs and appetizers from Jeff's website with very good results. I'm looking forward to smoking a pork shoulder for some pulled pork when I get an opportunity. So far the process has been fun and interesting.
