I've been lurking around this site for a few months and have done a few smokes on my charcoal grill. I guess my wife enjoyed what I have done so far because when we got home yesterday there was a WSM waiting here for me. Early Fathers Day gift. So i figured now was time to join. I went straight to the garage for a quick assembly of my new toy and fired it up to start seasoning.

This is smokerfly. Just got 2 smokers the last couple months. One I s 7 qt pressure smoker. It works great along side the grill. It smokes and cooks about 4 lbs of ribs in 35 mins, and finishes them in about 5 mins on the grille. Delish!

I also bought a cuisinart electric, which works awesome also. Each has its place, but I prefer the cuisinart for more authentic BBQ and its simplicity.
