New to smoking

Hello,

My name is Paul.  I'm from southern Kentucky.  I'm new to smokin' and looking forward to learning the art.  I currently have a Masterbuilt 40"electric smoker.  Thanks to this forum, I have already learned that I had the old chamber that prevented my smoker from producing productive, flavorful smoke.  I contacted Masterbuilt, as suggested on the forum, and received the new, improved chamber.  I am looking forward to putting it to use.
