Hello all. I am a new member to SMF and am looking forward to learning all I can about using my new smoker. I bought a Brinkman Trailmaster LE. Looking for advice on smoking a pork butt. Anyone have any good recipies?

Way I do pork butts is slather them with cheap mustard with 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce per 16 oz bottle. apply rub, wrap in Saran wrap and put in fridge for at least 12 hours. Remove from fridge at least 1 hour before and re-rub. smoke it low n slow at 215 till IT is at 200. Pull from smoker wrap in 2 layers of HD foil place in cooler with towels and let rest for couple hours. I also spritz every hour after 4 with this, as well as put in foil to rest.
