I am going to smoke some ribs and chicken on a landman propane smoker. I am looking for ideas on rubs and temps and times? I have used a brinkman charcoal smoker as a rookie with no real temp control..

My advice: Do the ribs 3-2-1, and do the chicken, beer can style.
