Hi everybody, I'm Gary. I'm new to smoking and found this site very useful. I really liked the 5 day e-course. That really helped put a jump start on my knowledge. I bought a Master Forge 2 door propane smoker a couple months ago, and have been trying to use it whenever I get the chance. So far, I've done half chickens, chicken wings, spare ribs, and a pork loin. Chicken has been my favorite, but i think it's time to move up to some big-boy meats. I'm thinking brisket may be in my future now.
