Halooo to all! My name is Sue. I live in Buffalo City Wisconsin and am a DIY kinda gal. A few years ago I embarked on a mission to learn to do practically everything having to do with food - myself.  I started with growing & canning veggies & fruit, went on to baking my own breads as well as sweets.  I've been a hunter & a griller all my life. I hunt, butcher & process my own venison & various other wild game. I make my own sausage, brats etc.  I just purchased a Char Griller Off set smoker, and am determined to learn how to use it. I adore smoked meat of any kind as does my family.  Learning to smoke meat is just the next step in my culinary journey.  I hope to see you down the road!  Sue

Hello Sue, Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you are well on your way to learning how to smoke. There is a lot of good information here and if you do not see something just ask and someone (or many someones) will give you their suggestions.

Enjoy

Several years ago I did some of the dredging work at Buffalo City to build the wildlife

habitat on the Mississippi river.
Happy smoken.
