I'm from Texas. Just started smoking last week. Did some spare ribs and came out pretty good considering it was my first time. I have a weber 22" kettle, so I'm kind of limited to the amount of meat I can smoke. But I'm ok with that since I'm still learning. Plan on doing my first brisket this weekend. Any tips would be great. Thanks.... Texmex817
