New to smoking!!! Ready to learn!

Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by texmex817, May 3, 2013.

  1. I'm from Texas. Just started smoking last week. Did some spare ribs and came out pretty good considering it was my first time. I have a weber 22" kettle, so I'm kind of limited to the amount of meat I can smoke. But I'm ok with that since I'm still learning. Plan on doing my first brisket this weekend. Any tips would be great. Thanks.... Texmex817
