new to Smoking meat

    Greetings, I'm new to wood pellet grilling. I just bought a GMG Daniel Boone. so far so good, 2 chickens, beef roast, salmon and some Elk steaks.. live in Alberta Canada and yes it is damn cold here.

  4. Okotoks is a nice area. No pellet here. Few each of charcoal and propane Qs. Heading out soon to pick up a Master Forge vertical smoker (propane). That'll be the 5th meat cooker in our yard ;)

    Haha.. I just picked up this wood pellet grill.. Unbelievable! Eating the roast right now by far the best I've made or eaten
