New to Smoking meat

  1. Just wanted to say Hi to everyone and look forward to posting and reading all the great ideas on this website. I just purchased a PK100 Pro from PS seasonings and am looking forward to many years of great smoking ahead, Cheese, Fish, Meat etc. Can't wait to start trying new ideas.
