New to smoking meat forums

    Hello,

    My name is Torrence Simon. I am from Prince George's County MD. I've been grilling and smoking on store bought grills for about 3 years. I normally do a indirect heat, vertical smoker methods. As i have come to fine tune my process for preping my meats, I'm now ready to fine tune my cooking process and move to a reverse flow method. My reason for joining the forum.
