new to smoking meat forums

  1. Icurrently smoke on an 18.5 WSM wanting to build a mini WSM found ton's of info here
    Just finished a pork shoulder turned out great.

    I currently smoke on a mini, 22.5 kettle and once in a great while a COS at home... I did find someone selling a 22.5 WSM on craigslist and hopefully I'll be smoking on that next week as well!!!

    You'll find TONS of info using the search engine!

    Don't forget to post pics of your smokes... We are all Qview addicts here!
     
  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
