New to smoking in PA

Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by pittpenfan71, May 31, 2013.

  1. Hello all, I'm new to smoking. My name is Nathan and I'm from Butler, Pa just north of Pittsburgh. I recently purchased a 18" Smokey Mountain Cooker. I've pretty much always baked my ribs in the oven and cooked my pork butts in a crockpot. I thought I'd give smoking a try.

LOL.... its an addiction, you walk in the store and head straight to the meat counter then ask the butcher what is a good deal for smoking today! Its legal, its fun, you can drink cold beer while doing it, and you can eat all your mistakes?  How can it be bad!
