Hi all,

Been a fan of grilling for as long as I can remember and recently (last 3-5 years) got into smoking.  Started experimenting with creating smoke/indirect heat in a grill and have moved up to a dedicated smoker.  Purchased the Brinkmann Outdoor electric smoker....I like it, but I'm already eyeing upgrades :)

So far, I've made pulled chicken, (turkey) bacon wrapped chicken breasts and I did an experiment with smoked turkey meatballs.

Looking forward to reading about and sharing some of my own smoking adventures
